Hello! My first day was quite great,i’m satisfied…I don’t know how exactly i weight now because my scale is broken,i guess…:/
Yesterday i’ve eaten 1200 kcal and i walked a lot,today i’ll join the gym twice,fit boxe and pilates classes :)
Next week i want to try an only protein day…i read that it’s great to burn theĀ fats…
If you have some advice,tell me ;)
